- Instagram Business Account ID and username
- Instagram access token (stored securely, refreshed as needed)
- Instagram comments received on your media (keyword matching only)
- Automation rules you configure (keywords and response messages)
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to provide the ReplyFlow service:
- Authenticate you via Google Sign-In
- Connect your Instagram Business Account to our platform
- Monitor incoming comments on your Instagram media
- Send automated Direct Messages based on your configured keyword rules
- Display account and automation data in your dashboard
Instagram Permissions
To operate, ReplyFlow requests the following permissions via Instagram Business Login:
- instagram_business_basic — Read profile and media
- instagram_business_manage_messages — Send Direct Messages on your behalf
- instagram_business_manage_comments — Read and manage comments on your media
- instagram_business_content_publish — Publish content (if used)
- instagram_business_manage_insights — Access insights (if used)
Data Retention
We retain your account data and automation configurations for as long as your account is active. Access tokens are stored securely and refreshed as needed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by disconnecting your account or contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke Instagram permissions at any time via Meta's settings
- Disconnect your Instagram account from ReplyFlow at any time
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and HTTPS for all communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
